ANGELICA DUTTON

National Commercial Real Estate Advisor and Certified Real Estate Investment Planning Specialist, Angelica Dutton, is the Managing Director of Arizona Commercial Properties.  She has been selling real estate for 21+ years and specializes in Warehouse & Industrial, Investment Sales, Site Selection, Acquisitions and Land sales. A native of Mexico who speaks fluent Spanish and understands the culture of the of the Hispanic and Latin markets well, Angelica also specializes in Foreign Investment, and both she and her team, have become a trusted resource for investors and corporations seeking to expand into U.S. markets.

A Tucson resident since 1986, she is well-connected in her community, and has developed a large database that now extends beyond the borders of Arizona and Mexico, into all 50 states and overseas, enabling her to bring the best marketing, financing, transaction, and off-market opportunities available to her clients. She is known throughout Tucson for her strong negotiation and marketing skills, as well as her ability to bring the deal together, all while focusing on her client's investment goals, with a core focus on maximizing revenue while minimizing risk. 

Prior to starting Arizona Commercial Properties, Angelica was an award-winning agent in the residential sector where she worked heavily with investors in the SFR Market and Institutional investor market with REO assets, as well as builders, and homeowners. 

Drawing on her personal experience as both an entrepreneur and investor, she has also become a trusted resource for individuals seeking to build additional revenue streams, and plan for retirement through commercial investment, especially Millenials, parents of Generation Z, and small business owners.  Over the years, she has developed a passion through her work with Homes for Heroes for helping enlisted personnel and veterans build a solid future through real estate investing.   She is also passionate about giving back to her community through helping and empowering women. She does this by volunteering at a local women’s shelter, and also through educating women on real estate investing.  When Angelica isn't busy selling commercial property, she can be found working out at the gym, Salsa dancing, cycling or hiking Tucson's beautiful mountains, enjoying time with her family and practicing her first love-gourmet Latin cooking.
